Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Direct Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a keen understanding of B2B sales processes. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by expanding our client base through strategic sales initiatives and personalised customer service.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach prospective clients through direct engagement and networking.
Present and promote our products or services effectively to meet client needs.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
Develop customised sales strategies tailored to target markets and individual clients.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
Drive utilisation of digital tools and IT systems to streamline sales processes and reporting.
Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and organise appointments effectively.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
Proven experience in B2B sales environments, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Valid driving licence with the willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events.
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office suite, and other organisational tools.
Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Ability to adapt communication style according to different clients and situations. Pay: £12,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Boston (Lincolnshire, East Midlands Region)
