Part-Time Warehouse Picker & Packer
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21
Hours: Part-time, 20 Hours a Week, 4hrs a day Monday-Friday.

Candy America is one of the UK's fastest-growing retailers of American candy, snacks, cereals and drinks. We supply thousands of customers across the UK through our website and online marketplaces, and we're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our growing team.
The Role
You'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Working in our warehouse, you'll be responsible for picking products, packing customer orders and helping keep the warehouse organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders accurately using picking lists.
- Packing orders safely and efficiently to a high standard.
- Preparing parcels for dispatch with courier labels.
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries.
- Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations.
- Replenishing picking shelves from pallet stock.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
- Carrying out regular stock counts and inventory checks.
- Reporting any damaged or missing stock.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting boxes throughout the day.
- Previous warehouse or picking and packing experience is desirable but not essential.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Counterbalance forklift licence.
