The Court of Protection is the Judicial body responsible for making decisions relating to the property and financial affairs and health and welfare of individuals who lack capacity to do so themselves.
Our Court of Protection team is ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and specialises in managing the property and financial affairs of individuals who lack mental capacity. Overseeing property transactions and care arrangements
Preparing statutory will applications
