Full job description

Laws Fertilisers Limited is an innovative, independently owned fertiliser manufacturer established in 1985, supplying high quality crop nutrition products to farmers and agronomists across the UK. We are a forward-thinking business with a strong reputation in the industry, and we are looking for an ambitious and experienced sales professional to help drive our continued growth across Scotland.

The Role
This is a senior, field-based position covering Scotland and the North. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing and growing existing customer relationships, and representing Laws Fertilisers at the highest level. The role involves regular customer visits across the region and requires someone who can work independently while aligning closely with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across Scotland and the North
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
Represent the Laws Fertilisers brand professionally at customer meetings and industry events
Work closely with the management team to deliver the company's commercial objectives
Contribute to marketing activity and promotional campaigns

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in agricultural sales, ideally within the fertiliser or crop nutrition sector
A strong understanding of Scottish and UK farming, including arable, grass and livestock sectors
A self-motivated, positive, and proactive approach to work
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Full UK driving licence
Someone who shares our passion for innovation and quality
