For a salesperson, that means warm leads, a credible name on every doorstep, and quotes that close because customers already trust the brand. If you've been selling hard for a company nobody's heard of, imagine what you could do here.

The opportunity

We're looking for a proven, target-smashing sales professional to drive sales of central heating boilers (gas, oil and LPG) and domestic air conditioning across the North West. This is a field-based role covering our WA, CH, M, WN, SK, CW and L heartland.

The basic is the floor, not the ceiling — our commission is uncapped and negotiable for the right person. Top performers will earn accordingly.

What you'll be doing

Converting qualified leads into installed jobs across boilers and domestic AC
Carrying out customer-facing home surveys and producing accurate, profitable quotations
Confidently recommending the right system — gas, oil, LPG or air conditioning — to each customer
Positioning air conditioning as a year-round solution (heats and cools), not just a summer buy
Managing your own pipeline, follow-ups and conversion rate
Working closely with our survey, engineering and office teams to deliver a smooth handover

What we're looking for

Essential

A genuine, demonstrable track record of selling central heating boilers (gas, oil, LPG)
Proven sales success in domestic air conditioning
Confident running home surveys and producing your own quotations
Full UK driving licence
Self-motivated, organised, and hungry to earn

Desirable

Existing knowledge of the North West domestic heating market
Familiarity with renewables (ASHP, solar) — useful as the market shifts
Experience with CRM / field-service software
