Full job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong digital and print design experience who is passionate about creating visually engaging content across multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and evolving our brand identity through website design, email marketing, packaging, social media, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

Manage website design and updates through Shopify or equivalent.
Create and manage marketing content for social media and email campaigns using Klaviyo or equivalent.
Design posters, brochures, flyers, website banners, signage, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with teams on a wide range of creative projects.
Translate strategic direction into high-quality visual designs while maintaining brand consistency.
Develop concepts by hand or using design software, selecting appropriate colour schemes, typography, imagery, and layouts.
Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials using content management and production planning systems.
Keep the team updated on project progress and timelines.
Ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and deadlines.
Stay current with design trends, multimedia developments, and software advancements.
Liaise with external suppliers including printers and stand builders to ensure projects run smoothly.
Present final design concepts and specifications to management for approval.
Create visually appealing designs for both digital and print marketing campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or a related field.
Previous experience in a professional graphic design role.
Knowledge of Klaviyo email marketing and Shopify.
Product and packaging design experience.
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of media production and communication.
Ability to adapt ideas and designs to align with brand vision and business goals.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Understanding of design applications across digital and social media platforms.
Desire to continue developing skills through ongoing learning and training.
Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) for website maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing work.
