Summary
The Governors are seeking to appoint a friendly, personable, professional and highly motivated Finance and Business Support Officer. We are seeking an individual who is able to carry out a wide range of administrative tasks, to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be resilient and confident working in a busy office environment, able to communicate effectively and relate to both pupils and adults, as well as the ability to work calmly under pressure. Knowledge and experience of working within an administrative/finance role, with good IT skills. Experience of using a range of software including Microsoft Office is essential and having previous experience of SIMS, FMS and other school's based software is desirable (although training will be provided).
Working hours for this post are 37 hours per week term time, 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday (with 30 minutes lunch break and 3.00pm finish on Friday). The salary quoted is the full-time equivalent and will be paid on a pro-rata basis.

Desirable Qualifications

- CSBM (Certificate of School Business Management)
Financial qualification (AAT Level 2/3 or equivalent experience)
