About us

We are a professional and independent Block and Estate management company based just outside Bristol near Bradley Stoke. Due to upcoming growth and expansion, we are looking for a candidate to join our existing property management team. We are looking to recruit a new PM in the next few months.

Our vision is to create a movement of professional and efficient property management in an industry that is rife with poor service, hidden costs and a lack of transparency.

This role involves managing all aspects of a portfolio of sites across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire, ranging from new build developments, listed and heritage conversions and freehold estates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the pro-active day to day management of each site, which includes but not limited to maintenance coordination, interpretation of leases, inspections, AGM’s, meetings with decision making owners, managing contracts and dealing with lessee enquiries.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and customer service skills, be able to prioritise and think outside the box and be happy working within a close team, with a genuine wish to make a difference to our clients and the properties they reside in.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience as a Block Property Manager but we may be open to a candidate with limited experience to begin in a different role as an assistant Property Manager.

Candidates who have a RICS, AIRPM or MIRPM accreditation will be viewed more favourably but the company might consider an experienced candidate who is prepared to achieve the qualification as mandatory qualifications will likely become a minimum requirement for those working in the industry in the future.

Skills: The skills required for this Block Manager role will include:

Previous Block Management experience
Great customer service skills
Great telephone manner
Great organisational skills
A team player, working alongside our existing property management team
Professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislation
Car owner / driver essential

Well behaved dog(s) welcome to come to work with you depending on other dogs in the office.

Work from home option available 2 days per week after a successful probationary period of 3 months.
