A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the KINTO team. The successful candidate will be based on-site at Molson Coors in Burton-upon-Trent, playing a key role in supporting and representing the KINTO brand and its operations.
The role in a nutshell: The role acts as the primary day-to-day liaison between drivers, suppliers, and KINTO, ensuring the smooth operation of the vehicle fleet in line with contractual, cost, and compliance requirements.
Day to Day Tasks:

Acting as the on-site point of contact for the customer’s fleet stakeholders

Managing the day-to-day fleet administration for the customer’s vehicle fleet including salary sacrifice in conjunction with the Molson Coors team at KINTO

Handling queries via phone, email and digital channels, using case management tools, providing first contact resolution where possible

Maintaining accurate fleet records within fleet management and case management systems
-
Creating, updating and enhancing reporting capabilities to create workable insights

Pool car management; to include physical checks and arranging and overseeing valet and mechanical repairs

Manage the vehicle re-allocation process ensuring accuracy of records and reporting

Supporting both drivers and fleet contacts across the entire driver journey with a wide range of queries

Managing payroll adjustment validations

Building sustainable and trusted relationships through open and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

Acting as an escalation point within KINTO and Molson Coors ensuring queries are resolved as a priority

Attending weekly meetings with Molson Coors and KINTO providing clear progress updates and escalating where necessary

Managing and supporting the VIP process

Requirements
Key Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of one years experience working in a customer service focused role (preferably office based)/ account management experience

English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
-
Business email writing skills
-
Professional communication and relationship building skills
-
Ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload.

You will be part of a high performing customer service team, reporting to a Driver Support team leader with Driver Support Specialists to support your learning. You will be encouraged to raise new ideas and improvements that can be made to our processes to enhance the service delivered to Molson Coors.
This role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services.
