Administration Assistant/Receptionist (Part-Time)
We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team as an Administration Assistant/Receptionist. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across different departments and thrives in a busy environment.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone
- Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Able to cover the Showroom when needed and assist with deliveries
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Interested in social media and marketing (training provided)
- Holds a full driving licence (preferred not essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Monitoring and responding to emails
- Maintaining and updating company databases
- Preparing quotes and other documentation
- Carrying out general administrative duties (filing, typing, organising)
- Ordering and managing stock levels
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Assisting with social media and light marketing tasks
- Supporting with general ad-hoc duties as required, and making tea is also part of the fun!

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm (includes a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break)
- Plus a minimum of 4 Saturdays per year to provide holiday cover
