Job Summary:

PLN Network & Professional Consulting Ltd is seeking a Director of Network Operations to lead the strategic management of enterprise network infrastructure and technology operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced technology leader who enjoys driving operational excellence, improving network performance, and leading high-performing technical teams. What you'll do:

Lead and oversee enterprise network operations and infrastructure services.
Develop and implement network strategies that support business growth and technology objectives.
Ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of network infrastructure.
Oversee network monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and technology improvement projects.
Collaborate with business leaders to deliver reliable and secure technology solutions.
Manage IT service providers, technology vendors, and operational budgets.
Support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
Analyse operational performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with technology standards, security policies, and operational best practices.
Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Experience in network operations, IT infrastructure, technology services, systems administration, or a related field is beneficial.
Previous leadership or senior management experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, network security, or IT service management is beneficial.
Strong communication, organisational, and strategic leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple technology initiatives and operational priorities.
A collaborative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
