We’re expanding our team and have some exciting opportunities for Fire & Security Install Supervisors, Technical Supervisors, and Project Engineers (Custodial). You’ll be at the heart of a brand-new Fire Detection and Alarm Systems project in a New Build Prison environment. If you’ve got solid industry knowledge and a track record of delivering projects, this is your chance to put your skills to the test on fast-paced, high-security custodial work that really makes a difference.

Typical Responsibilities

Taking charge of projects on site all the way through to completion.
Keeping construction programmes on track and updating the right people.
Managing installations on-site while coordinating with sub-contractors and clients.
Leading health & safety duties – from toolbox talks to safe starts.
Working closely with design, manufacturing, and other departments to hit deadlines.
Spotting potential problem areas early and making sure they’re resolved quickly.
Ensuring everything complies with codes, standards, and specifications.
Signing off on quality assurance checks and ensuring top standards are met.
Delegating tasks like a pro while keeping your team motivated.
Carrying our Pre-commissioning and Minor install tasks (not essential)
And, of course, rolling up your sleeves to tackle anything else that comes your way.
