Full job description

To be the first point of contact for all Galleon Supplies customers. To provide outstanding Customer Service and to process all orders quickly and efficiently, ensuring the customers needs are met.

Main duties:

Process ALL orders taking responsibility from ‘cradle-to-grave’
To answer ALL incoming calls quickly and efficiently whilst filtering nuisance calls.
Take responsibility for all backorders; ensuring the customer is kept up to date with stock situations.
Take responsibility for failed and missing deliveries. Chasing up with couriers and keeping customers informed.
Process all labels for items to be sent through the courier network.
Liaise with Office Supervisor / General Manager over stock levels.
Take responsibility for Sample Requests including preparing, prompt despatch & follow-ups.
Take responsibility for customers ‘on-stop’. Liaise with Accounts Dept and ensure customers are informed.
To conduct outbound customer service based calls when required.
Any other duties to assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day operation of the business.
Additional hours required to cover team members holidays.

Job Types: Part Time, Permanent (1230hrs to 1630hrs) Mon-Fri

Salary: £12.71/hour - rising after 6 month probationary period.
