About Myshon
Myshon Ltd supports independent living for vulnerable adults with mental health conditions, learning difficulties, offending behaviour, substance dependency, and physical disabilities.
We operate within domestic environments embedded in local communities, providing tailored support that promotes independence and recognises each person as an individual. We employ a regional team of housing support officers and maintenance technicians, supplemented by a network of trusted sub-contractors, and partner with specialist care providers to help tenants sustain tenancies, manage finances, improve wellbeing, and build the skills needed for greater independence.
Alongside our Supported Exempt Accommodation (SEA+) services, our Transitional Housing (TH) model provides properly managed, sustainable homes for people who are ready to move on from supported housing or step out of temporary accommodation into independent living.
Role Purpose
This is a newly created role within the referrals function, designed to build and accelerate qualified referral pipelines into Myshon's Transitional Housing (TH) and Supported Exempt Accommodation (SEA+) services across our operating regions.
You will combine hands-on digital marketing and social media content creation with proactive, field-based engagement of referral partners. You will raise Myshon's profile among local authorities, commissioners, and supported housing and homelessness providers, generate a steady flow of referrals matched to available units, and represent Myshon at provider forums, conferences, partner meetings, and networking events.
The role spans both TH and SEA+, with a particular focus on establishing structured, repeatable referral activity for SEA+, where referral generation has historically relied on Regional Housing Managers.
Key Stakeholders
External: Local authority housing options and homelessness teams, commissioners, supported housing and homelessness providers, care providers, substance misuse, mental health and offender services, charities, provider forums and networks, and media/design suppliers.
Internal: Referrals & Partnerships Manager, Referrals Assistant, Regional Housing Managers, Senior Management Team, and head office functions (Marketing, Compliance, Operations).
