Skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Required
Location: Lingfield, Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: Competitive and in line with local industry averages (dependent on experience)
Due to continued growth and a recent business expansion, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our friendly, young, and passionate team in Lingfield.
We are a female-owned independent garage specialising in Japanese performance vehicles and BMWs, while also carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, and vehicle modifications on a huge variety of vehicles. One day you could be working on a Skoda Yeti, the next an R33 Skyline, a supercharged BMW M6, or anything in between.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Mechanical repairs and fault finding
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting
- MOT preparation and repairs
- Engine, suspension, braking, and drivetrain work
- Assisting with performance upgrades and vehicle modifications
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a vehicle technician/mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence mandatory
- Passion for cars and motorsport is a bonus but not essential

Pay: £26,002.27-£40,000.00 per year
