Martin & Co are one of the leading letting and estate agents in Grantham and are looking for an enthusiastic sales and lettings co-ordinator to join the very busy team.
You will be responsible for managing enquiries from potential vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants, undertaking viewings and providing feedback and ensuring that marketing information is up to date.
Administration tasks will also be a large part of the role including referencing, compliance checks and contract preparation so you will have great attention to detail.
You will also be required to carry out inspections and property check outs and arrange maintenance.
A minimum of 1 years experience of the property market is required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills including experience of dealing with customers in person, by phone and by email, a flexible approach and the ability to work well under pressure alone and in a team. A full clean UK driving licence is required as a pool car is provided.
The post involves working Saturday with a day off in the week and will also require the successful applicant to cover in our Newark office on an ad hoc basis.
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
