You will work across digital and physical marketing, including email campaigns, website content, posters, signage, brochures, promotions, partnerships and venue materials.
The role would suit someone who combines strong organisation with a good creative eye. You do not need to be a specialist graphic designer, but you should be confident in producing polished, professional marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, or other design software.
Key responsibilities:

- Keep the central marketing calendar accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, venue launches, corporate activity, events and promotional offers.
- Liaise with external suppliers, including printers, photographers, videographers and designers.

- Support post-campaign reporting and reviews.
Creative and design work
- Create day-to-day marketing materials for digital and physical use.
- Design posters, flyers, menus, vouchers, brochures, presentation decks and venue signage.
- Produce email graphics, website banners and campaign assets.
- Adapt campaign artwork into different sizes and formats.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Create and manage reusable templates for the wider team.
- Organise marketing assets, brand files and image libraries.

- Provide the Social Media Assistant with campaign assets, deadlines and key messaging.
- Create graphics and templates for organic social content.
- Support the development of monthly content calendars.
- Ensure social media activity is aligned with wider campaigns and commercial priorities.
- Assist with content creation when additional support is required.
- Review scheduled content for accuracy, brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Brand and venue marketing
- Support the delivery of marketing activity across multiple venues and brands.
- Ensure each venue has the correct promotional materials and campaign information.
- Work with venue teams to gather photographs, updates, customer stories and campaign content.
- Maintain consistency while respecting the different tone and audience of each brand.
- Support local partnerships, community activity and corporate outreach.
- Help identify opportunities to increase awareness, bookings and repeat visits.
Administration and reporting
- Maintain organised campaign files, trackers and marketing documents.
- Raise and track supplier requests, quotes and invoices where required.
- Monitor campaign costs against agreed budgets.
- Gather campaign results and help prepare reports.
- Track key metrics including bookings, enquiries, email engagement and campaign performance.
- Ensure marketing claims, offers, dates and terms are accurate before publication.
