Casual SIA Door Supervisor

Location: Sheffield and surrounding areas
Pay: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
Job Type: Casual / Flexible Work
Employment Options: PAYE or Self-Employed (subject to status and right to work requirements)

At 7 Hills Services Ltd, we provide professional security services to licensed venues, events, and businesses across Sheffield and the surrounding areas. As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for reliable and professional SIA Door Supervisors to join us on a casual basis.

The Role

As a Door Supervisor, you’ll help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers, staff, and visitors.

Your responsibilities may include:

* Access and egress control
* Customer service and conflict management
* Venue and premises security
* Monitoring customer welfare and safety
* Incident reporting and record keeping
* Supporting venue management and staff
* Ensuring compliance with licensing and security procedures

Most shifts take place in Sheffield. If work is available further afield, transport may be provided or travel arrangements agreed in advance.

Essential Requirements

* Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
* Right to work in the UK
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Reliable, punctual and dependable
* Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
* Availability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays when required

Desirable Qualifications

* Previous experience in licensed venues, hospitality or event security
* Emergency First Aid at Work qualification
* ACT Awareness, Prevent Awareness or similar security training
