Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring all beverages are prepared to the highest standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and serving others to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.

Duties

Welcome guests warmly and take drink orders with attentiveness and professionalism
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and work surfaces
Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies
Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
Monitor guest consumption levels and promote responsible drinking practices
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless customer experiences

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Strong knowledge of responsible alcohol service
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Basic maths skills for handling payments and calculating bills accurately
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
A genuine passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences
