About the role
A Customer Support Officer is the first point of contact for all customers enquiries and is predominately a telephone-based role dealing with a high volume of inbound calls. We are currently recruiting for our Major Corporate Division.
Major Corporate Division
The Major Corporate Division (MCD) look after our Global Brand and Major Enterprise customers, including many of Britain’s largest and most well-known companies. About you
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service. You will need to have previous experience of this, have personal resilience due to the fast paced and sometimes complex nature of the queries you will deal with, including discussing personal or sensitive health issues. You will also have confidence, fantastic communication skills and are comfortable working independently but will also flourish as part of a team.
