Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within our commercial premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Prior experience in janitorial services or commercial cleaning is preferred, but full training will be provided. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking steady paid employment with a focus on cleanliness and organisation.

Monday - Friday 8am - 10.30am

Duties

Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of office areas, corridors, and communal spaces.
Clean and sanitise restrooms, ensuring they are hygienic and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and other surfaces to maintain clarity and appearance.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any repairs or replacements needed.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Restock consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as required.

Skills

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is desirable but not essential.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and thoroughly.
Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable with a positive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning activities is advantageous. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who take pride in creating clean and welcoming environments while adhering to safety standards.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
