Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relations & Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is vital in managing our organisation’s public image, fostering positive relationships with clients, and enhancing our online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with our community across various social media platforms and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained. Duties

Develop and implement engaging content strategies across multiple social media channels to promote brand awareness and community engagement.

Organise virtual or live events to foster community relations and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Proven experience or strong interest in public relations and social media management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with an eye for compelling content creation.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or native social media insights is desirable.
