We're looking for a reliable, organised and hardworking Picker & Packer / Production Assistant to join our small, friendly team.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of our production and dispatch department. If you enjoy keeping things organised, take pride in your work and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Making up cardboard boxes ready for dispatch
- Applying labels to product pouches and packaging
- Restocking shelves and maintaining stock levels
- Keeping the warehouse and production areas clean and tidy
- General housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Assisting with light production tasks as required
- Helping to maintain an organised and efficient workspace
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently and accurately
- Happy working as part of a small team
- Willing to get involved in a variety of tasks
- Physically able to undertake light manual work
- Takes pride in keeping work areas clean and well organised
Previous warehouse, packing or production experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
