Overview
We are seeking a skilled plumbers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, and installation. in commercial premises
Site Location - PE2 9FT Project runs Jul 2026 - Nov 2026
Duties
- Install plumbing systems using jointing techniques such as copper mapress, terrain plastic, installation of pre fab welded pipework.
- Assemble and install unistrut brackets
- Copper installation from 15mm to 28mm
- Terrain solvent weld plastic installation from 32mm to 110mm
- Conduct inspections of plumbing and pipe work systems to identify issues or areas for improvement.
- Perform lifting as necessary to move materials and equipment.
- Utilise power tools and hand tools safely and effectively in various tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plumber / Pipefitter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform lifting and stand for extended periods during work shifts.
- CSCS/JIB card and IPAF is required.
- Time keeping and punctuality is needed
