Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. This role involves managing all our paper work, from VAT returns, to making sure invoices are all up to date and done on time. Job will be based working on two fridays a month

Responsibilities

Organising site visits
Organising VAT returns
Making sure books are all up to date
Invoices to be paid on time
Make sure workers pay is correct
More to be discussed at interview stage

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping
Demonstrated professionalism with excellent phone etiquette
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently

This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to utilise their administrative skills within a supportive team environment. The position offers valuable experience in office management while contributing to the overall efficiency of our organisation.

Pay: £150.00-£220.00 per day
