Overview
We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team, specialising in a range of construction, gardening, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, practical knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance, and experience with various tools and machinery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive environment, contributing to diverse projects that enhance outdoor spaces and infrastructure.

Duties

Assisting with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and lawn care
Operating hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment including excavators and irrigation systems
Performing general construction tasks, including site preparation and material handling
Conducting routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance
Supporting the installation and repair of irrigation systems and other outdoor infrastructure
Assisting with gardening activities, including soil preparation and plant care
Ensuring work areas are safe, clean, and organised in compliance with health and safety standards
Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards

Requirements

Practical experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or construction environments
Mechanical knowledge related to machinery such as excavators and power tools
Proficiency in using hand tools for various tasks
Knowledge of horticulture principles and garden management practices
Ability to perform physical labour including lifting, digging, and operating machinery safely
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor conditions
Valid <PERSON> (or equivalent) certification is desirable but not mandatory
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements

Pay: £100.00-£120.00 per day
