Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. All positions are paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their skills within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and ensure they receive prompt, attentive service throughout their visit
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate
Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring a welcoming environment
Assist in food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food safety regulations
Manage guest queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Support team members during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
Follow all health and safety procedures diligently, including food safety protocols

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and food preparation techniques
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
Experience with serving, upselling, and guest engagement strategies
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not essential
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
