THE POST– REQ000548 - Enterprise Assistant
The University of West of Scotland have an exciting part time opportunity to join the Business Innovation team as an Enterprise Assistant where the role will support the delivery promotion of enterprise activity across the University.
The postholder will support marketing and communications activity, including the development of content, management of digital channels, and coordination of promotional campaigns to enhance engagement with enterprise initiatives. The successful candidate will carry out administrative duties to assist with ad hoc projects across the enterprise team and the wider Business Innovation team.
In addition, the role will contribute to the planning and delivery of events and programmes, ensuring activities are well-organised, effectively promoted, and successfully delivered. The Enterprise Assistant will also act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing a high standard of customer service and supporting the development of strong working relationships.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment. It presents an excellent opportunity to gain experience across marketing, events, and stakeholder engagement within a professional and collaborative setting
The successful candidate should have the following:

HND (or equivalent) and/or working towards or holding a university degree (undergraduate or postgraduate level)
- Experience delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to work in a dynamic or fast-paced environment.
- A working knowledge of supporting/or hosting events, activities, or projects.
- Previous history in working closely with external and internal stakeholders.
- An understanding of managing or contributing to social media accounts
