Full job description

Part-Time Junior Account Executive – Social Media

Location: Monmouth, NP25 (in-office, with hybrid working potential after training)
Salary: £15.8K
Hours: 24 hours per week (potential to go full-time)

So. Social Media is on the lookout for a Part-Time Junior Account Executive to join our growing team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work across a variety of exciting brands, managing your own client list and helping businesses grow through creative, consistent social media content.

We’re looking for someone who’s confident using a wide range of platforms, creative with content (especially video), and has excellent people skills.

What you’ll do:

Manage social media accounts across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Google Business Profile
Use Canva and/or Photoshop to create engaging, on-brand visuals
Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
Schedule and post content, keeping everything on-brand and on time
Liaise directly with clients – you'll be their dedicated account executive
Monitor trends and platform updates, adapting strategies accordingly
Bring fresh ideas to the table and collaborate with the wider team
Support administrative tasks including writing proposals, responding to emails, and assisting with day-to-day communications
Assist with onboarding new clients, including sending onboarding materials and ensuring a smooth start to their services

Skills & Requirements:

Confident using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and platform insights
Proficient in Canva; Photoshop experience is a bonus
Comfortable filming, editing, and creating video content for social media
Previous experience in customer service and/or client account management
Experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design
Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
