About The Role

Warranty Administrator

Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Cheltenham

£32,000 basic plus OTE of £40,000+; 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays (increases with service); Life assurance & pension scheme; Discounts on car servicing, purchase & more; Access to exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks.
Full-time | 45 hours per week | Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm

At Marshall JLR Cheltenham, we’re looking for a detail-focused Warranty Administrator to manage warranty processes and support our workshop and service teams in delivering a seamless customer experience.

In this role:

You’ll oversee the accurate and timely completion of warranty-related administration, ensuring all processes comply with manufacturer and group policies.
You’ll manage your workload efficiently to meet all departmental objectives and legal requirements.

We're looking for:

Someone with previous administration experience, ideally with knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures.
Someone confident in the use of IT systems; Kerridge experience is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided.
Someone organised, process-driven and who manages time and workload effectively.
Most importantly, someone who enjoys building good working relationships and upholds our Marshall values at all times.
