With a large and growing number of service locations, this organization provides high-quality care to both private and public sector clients. This role offers a chance to lead the credit control team, ensuring timely cash flow and reducing aged debt.
The Senior Credit Controller will oversee the entire credit control process, collaborating closely with clients, insurers, and public sector bodies to resolve queries and maintain robust financial performance. Responsibilities include managing complex debt recovery accounts and preparing detailed reports for senior management. Your leadership and expertise will be pivotal in delivering excellent service and driving continuous improvement.
Candidates should bring:
- Experience in credit control
- Proven leadership experience in a senior or supervisory role
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressure
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sound numerical and IT skills, including Excel and MS Office
- Understanding of billing processes and insurance workflows (desirable)
- Ideally, Level 3 or Level 5 CMI qualification or CICM credit control qualification
