You will play a key role in managing subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, driving programme performance and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout every stage of the build.
As the main link between the office, directors, subcontractors and clients, you will be trusted to take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion and handover.

Coordination with Office & Management
Work closely with the office team, surveyors and directors to provide progress updates, report issues and support smooth project delivery across the business.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate site records, complete site reports, oversee inspections and support project sign-off and handover procedures.
Aftercare Support
Assist with snagging and aftercare to ensure all completed projects achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
