Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Swim School Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations at our swim school. The ideal candidate will possess good office management skills, proficiency with computer systems in particular excel, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers an engaging environment where you can utilize your clerical and customer support experience to contribute to a positive community atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and children warmly and friendly providing excellent customer service at all times
Handle inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Schedule swim lessons and coordinate class calendars using Microsoft Office.
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating client information in relevant software
Process payments.
Support administrative functions including calendar management, email correspondence, and general clerical support
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming for customers

Requirements

Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Previous experience in office or front desk roles is desirable
Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills and organizational abilities

Please note this position is working evenings and weekends.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
