As our Autism Diagnostic Service continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised Junior Data Administrator to support our operational and information teams.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, analytical Junior Data Administrator to support our teams in providing excellent healthcare outcomes.
Working closely with the Information Security Manager, you will support the wider business by ensuring data is entered, updated, validated and managed efficiently, enabling teams to access reliable information and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Data Administration
- Responsible for accurate entry, updating and maintenance of data across company systems and databases.
- Routine data validation and cleansing activity forms part of the role to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Identification and resolution of data discrepancies, with escalation of issues where appropriate.
- Maintenance of accurate, complete records in line with company procedures.
- Support for the organisation and upkeep of electronic records and documentation.
Data Quality & Reporting Support
- Assistance with the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
- Extraction, compilation and organisation of data from company systems and spreadsheets.
- Monitoring of key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Support in maintaining reporting templates and ensuring accuracy of outputs.
- Basic data analysis to identify trends, issues or anomalies for escalation to management.
Stakeholder Support
- Response to internal data and information requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration with operational teams to ensure data accuracy and currency across systems.
- Support for managers with data-related administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
- Assistance with audits and data review activities as required.
General Responsibilities
- Support for continuous improvement initiatives relating to data quality and administration processes.
- Confidential handling of employee, patient and company information at all times.

We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational and administrative capabilities. You will have a strong understanding of and confidence in working with data, spreadsheets and databases, as well as the handling of confidential information.

Technical Skills
- Competence in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, filtering, sorting and basic formulas.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience maintaining accurate electronic records and databases.
- Ability to produce and maintain simple reports and spreadsheets.
