Special Metals Wiggin - Hereford, are recruiting for additional Process/ Production Operators!

The Hereford operation is the major UK production facility and we are now seeking additional Process/ Production Operators to support our manufacturing plans at Special Metals Wiggin.
Job Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who have a passion to win and deliver. You will have experience within manufacturing, using machinery like lathes, grinders, saws, drills and hand held equipment, measuring equipment (gauges/ tape measures/rulers) etc or setting up machines or similar. Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive induction into the business however, you must be able to work shifts which will include days, afternoons & nights (6-2/2-10/10-6 on a weekly rotation).

Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
- Good level of English and basic numeracy skills essential
- Able to do 3 x 8 hour rotating shift - days, afternoons & nights - essential
- Dependable, reliable, adaptable
- The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
- Good attention to detail, a flexible attitude to tasks and able to use your own initiative
- Full training will be provided
