Dental Practice Manager

Location: Chapel Dental - Great Wilbraham

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Practice Manager to lead our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring strong leadership skills, and are passionate about delivering excellence, we would love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilites

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
Lead, manage, and support a dynamic team of dental professionals
Drive patient satisfaction by ensuring outstanding service and care
Ensure full compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements
Manage budgets, performance metrics, and staff rotas effectively
Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative working culture

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Manager, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting
Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance
Excellent understanding of CQC compliance, dental regulations, and best practice standards
Outstanding organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
A proactive problem-solver who can adapt and perform under pressure
A passion for patient care, alongside a focus on growth and profitability
