Job Title: Aluminium Welder and Fabricator

Reporting To: LMP Team Leader

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our 4th generation family run business. Butterfield Group employs 180 multi-skilled, sign specific experienced personnel operating from our Bradford factory locations. The role of Aluminium Welder and fabricator is in the heart of our factory within the LMP department. There will be on the job training, development and opportunities for growth and career progression.
Job Responsibilities:
· Aluminium/Steel Mig-Welding
· Aluminium fabrication (shaping and forming)
· Reads and deciphers manufacturing drawings
· Uses relevant machinery to complete jobs
· Conducts their own quality checks
· Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools
· Follows safe work practices at all times
Working hours/Benefits:
39 hours per week, company pension, overtime available when work requires, attractive holidays, occupational healthcare.
Skills required:
· Skilled Aluminium/Steel Mig-Welder
· Able to read drawings
· 2-3 years minimum experience in aluminium fabrication
· Experience with machinery such as pillar drill, band saw, grinders
· Positive attitude
