We are looking for a passionate, creative, and people-focused Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator to lead and deliver a meaningful lifestyle programme that brings joy, purpose, and connection to everyday life.
You will be at the heart of the home — creating a vibrant environment where people can continue to be themselves.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering a dynamic wellbeing programme tailored to individual preferences
- Creating daily opportunities for meaningful engagement and connection
- Leading activities such as music, gardening, reminiscence, and community events
- Developing “destination spaces” (café, garden, quiet areas) to encourage independence
- Working closely with care teams to embed person-centred engagement into daily care
- Building links with the local community, entertainers, and volunteers
- Supporting residents to maintain identity, hobbies, and relationships
What We’re Looking For
- A natural ability to connect with people
- Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic approach
- Experience in care, activities, or wellbeing (preferred but not essential)
- Understanding of dementia and person-centred care
- Confidence to lead, organise, and inspire others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
