Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Lawyer

Role Details:

Advise clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, from acquisitions and disposals to strategic development projects
Draft, review, and negotiate property documentation including contracts, options, and development agreements
Support clients on site acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio transactions
Provide commercially focused guidance on development projects, including funding arrangements and planning considerations
Work closely with developers, investors, and lenders to deliver practical, solutions-oriented advice
Advise on real estate finance and lending structures in collaboration with finance specialists where required
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact
Proactively grow and manage your own client base within a consultant fee-share model
