Summary
Facilities Associate based in GB is a vital part of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. This role supports our mission to provide clean, safe, and well-maintained environments for our clients, reflecting our core values of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems to ensure optimal operation.
Manage electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
Supervise maintenance activities and coordinate with team members.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Support the installation of new equipment and upgrades.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other departments to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience with electrical systems, mechanical knowledge, and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics.
Strong supervisory skills with leadership experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in facilities management or related field is preferred.
