Job Overview
We are seeking talented and passionate Beauty Therapists to join our team. We are a very busy salon and love what we do . The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality beauty treatments. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients through various beauty services. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build a good rapport with clients.
A level 3 qualification is ideal although level 2 will be be considered. Salon experience of 1 year is required with a good strong commitment to to client care .However we welcome applications from those that are committed and confident in their abilities to provide exceptional treatments. Laser hair removal knowledge and qualifications advantageous but training can be provided for the right candidate

Duties
- Provide a range of beauty treatments, including makeup application, facials, and skincare consultations and laser hair removal . High level experience in Nails, Brows and waxing preferable.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised experience.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer informed recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
- Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A team player who can also work alone
- A passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.
