Full job description

Job Summary:
Corvus Security Ltd is looking for a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment, vetting, and general office administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment processes, including job adverts, screening candidates.
Support BS7858 vetting procedures, including referencing, right-to-work checks, and background screening
Ensure all employee records and compliance documentation are accurate and up to date
Maintain confidential records in line with data protection regulations
Handle general administrative duties such as emails, filing, and document preparation
Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
Understanding of BS7858 vetting standards (preferred but not essential as training can be provided)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Hours:- 0900-1700 X3 days a week (flexibility is possible with days)

Pay:- £12.71ph PAYE +Hols +Pension

Total Hours:- 24 hours a week

Location:- Bethesda, Bangor
