Job Summary:
Quality, Assurance and Compliance Officer within a busy team instructed by solicitors on behalf of tenants living in inhabitable housing conditions pursuing a claim against their landlord. The role involves quality checking and reviewing documentation submitted by solicitors and produced by Paterson Associates Expert Witnesses to assure correct legislation and protocol is followed throughout. Querying solicitor instructions, letters of claim, P35 questions and any other document pertaining to ongoing HDR cases.
Tasks
Communicating via Telephone and Email to Solicitors and Surveyors
Quality checking Expert Witness reports produced by our panel.
Reviewing ongoing HDR cases which we have been instructed on and producing any relevantdocumentation including Joint Statement/Memorandums, P35 questions andcommunicating with surveyors to answer any solicitor submitted queries.
Updating Case Management System
