Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to increase revenue streams through franchising and partnerships.
Develop and execute a structured growth strategy aligned with the company’s vision and long-term objectives
Conduct detailed market analysis to identify high-demand locations, customer demographics, and competitor presence.
Source, assess, and recommend suitable sites for new restaurant branches, including high street, retail parks, and city centre locations.
Monitor industry trends within the UK restaurant and takeaway sector to keep the business competitive and innovative.
Ensure all expansion activities comply with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with organisational skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
