Experienced Grounds worker & Landscaper
We are looking for an experienced Grounds worker and Landscaper to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who can take the lead on projects, manage jobs from start to finish, and play a key role in building the business.
You will be trusted to lead on-site operations, assess and quote for work, and help recruit and oversee additional labourers as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscaping and groundwork projects.
- Carry out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping to a high standard.
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations for customers.
- Plan and organise work schedules and site operations.
- Supervise and support labourers on-site.
- Help recruit and build a reliable team as the business expands.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and represent the company professionally.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in grounds work and landscaping.
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead a team.
- Confident quoting and pricing jobs.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping materials, machinery, and groundwork techniques.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
