As an R&D Tax Reliefs Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and development of the R&D department, focusing on delivering high-quality and robust R&D claims. You will collaborate daily with a team of experienced accountants and tax advisors, contributing to the success of a thriving R&D department.

It’s a great opportunity for an individual to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You’ll:

Take full ownership of R&D Tax Relief claims from initiation to completion.
Efficiently manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of clients.
Craft detailed and highly technical R&D Tax Reports.
Provide accurate and comprehensive costings for R&D claims.
Stay ahead of the curve on all technical aspects of R&D claims, ensuring up-to-date expertise.

Hungry for a new challenge in R&D, you’ll:

Have proven experience of managing R&D Tax Reliefs claims, ideally 3 years plus.
Be looking to make the next step up in your career - taking on greater responsibility; developing your own client base; growing your technical and team work skills
Be brilliant at cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients.
Have a meticulous attention to detail and organisation.
Be tech savvy.
Be technically strong in all aspects of R&D Tax Reliefs claims.
