Job Title: - Paint Prepper/Polisher

Reporting to: - Paint Shop Team Leader

Overall purpose of the job: All elements of preparation and polishing of electric and acoustic guitars.

Main Activities / Tasks: -

Preparing guitars through the finishing process.
Machine polishing of acoustic and electric guitars.

Essential: -

Experience in preparing and polishing surfaces for paint using a range of different finishing products in a safe and productive environment.
A creative person.
The ability to balance their workload across multiple projects/channels.
A strong team player.
A methodical approach to tasks.
Must be resilient and have a flexible approach to work with the ability to perform under pressure.

Education - GCSE Maths and English.

This position will be based at the workshop in Rushden. 37.5 productive hours a week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
