About the Practice

Envisage Dental Basingstoke is a modern five-surgery private practice with a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional patient care and clinical excellence. We provide a broad range of treatments in a well-equipped practice, including hygiene services supported by EMS technology, giving you exposure to a variety of clinical procedures throughout your training.

The practice is conveniently located with on-site parking, as well as additional parking just a five-minute walk away, making your commute as easy as possible.

The Role

As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you'll support our clinicians in delivering safe, high-quality patient care while developing the knowledge and practical skills required to achieve your qualification.

Your responsibilities will include:

Chairside assistance across a wide range of dental procedures.
Supporting hygiene appointments, including working with EMS equipment.
Preparing and maintaining clinical environments.
Following infection prevention and control procedures.
Assisting with decontamination and instrument processing.
Ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements.
Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 42.5 hours per week.

Monday to Friday: 7:45am – 5:15pm
1-hour unpaid lunch break each day

Already enrolled on an accredited Dental Nursing course (essential).
Able to demonstrate previous experience working within a dental practice (essential).

Organised with excellent communication skills.
A positive team player with a strong work ethic.
