You’ll be the reassuring night-time presence at a contemporary community of more than 470 homes in Stratford, set around peaceful landscaped gardens. With an on-site gym and nursery and a diverse mix of residents, evenings are calm yet vibrant, and nights are focused on safety, service and attention to detail. You’ll also enjoy excellent transport links, with both Stratford and Maryland stations a short walk away for the Elizabeth line, Central and Jubilee lines and the DLR.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the first point of contact overnight, managing the front desk, handling queries, and keeping the development safe and tidy. You’ll monitor CCTV and patrol common areas, coordinate deliveries and contractors, and provide clear handovers to the daytime team.

- Residents feel welcomed, safe and supported throughout the night.
- Incidents are proactively identified, calmly managed and accurately logged.
- The lobby and common areas remain immaculate and presentable at all times.
- Clear, concise handovers ensure seamless continuity between shifts.
- Contractors and deliveries are coordinated efficiently with minimal disruption.
- Compliance, CCTV checks and patrols are completed to schedule without fail.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Greeting residents and visitors, answering queries and managing access.
- Conducting regular patrols and monitoring CCTV to maintain a secure environment.
- Managing keys, deliveries and parcel storage with accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinating and overseeing out-of-hours contractors and maintenance callouts.
- Keeping the reception and communal areas clean, tidy and inviting.
- Completing incident reports, logs and end-of-shift handovers.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Concierge, security, front-of-house or hospitality experience in a residential or hotel setting.
- Confident with CCTV systems, incident reporting and basic building operations.
- Familiarity with parcel management, key control and contractor coordination.
- Comfortable using property management or logging systems and Microsoft Office.
- An SIA Door Supervisor licence and first aid knowledge are advantageous.
