You have excellent organisation, planning and communication skills (particularly persuasion and negotiation), you are good at multi-tasking, able to adapt to change and work in different environments. You use SMART strategies to work efficiently and can competently use Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
The successful applicant will hold:

A Level 2 minimum qualification in English and maths
- Level 3 (or higher) qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
You are confident working and liaising with people from all walks of life and able to demonstrate key emotional intelligence attributes including congruence and empathy. You are results driven and have a proven track record for achieving targets and deadlines. You are a critical yet creative thinker with the ability to generate lateral solutions, and your positive mindset ensures you calmly and effectively achieve the desired outcome.
You will employ your skills to network and develop strong sustainable relationships with external agencies and employers to generate new opportunities. You will match, record and review work experience, placements and encounters for your designated caseload of students. You will also participate in the development and implementation of cross college-enterprise and work skills engagement activities and events.
We will invest in your CPD to enhance your potential abilities to successfully execute the role’s key responsibilities and support you to achieve your personal career goals.
